With four business units active in five markets, we’re evolving beyond being an investor into a true software company, helping our portfolio businesses scale faster while preserving what makes them unique. 

This milestone comes with exciting developments: 

• New partnerships, including Media-Soft, the Croatian leader in Pharma CRM software. 

• Continued international growth, supporting the next chapter of Codeoscopic and SEC Group through operational excellence and strategic alignment. 

• A growing team, with colleagues stepping into expanded roles across Europe as we strengthen our presence and capabilities.
