With the addition of the final team member, Darren Pick, Upliift’s team is now complete and ready to drive the success of European software investments and empower software entrepreneurs across the continent.

The company includes an investment team composed of six permanent employees and a portfolio team of four. Additionally, a small number of interns based in Zagreb support the team throughout. The team is diverse and fluently converses with software entrepreneurs in seven main European languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Croatian.
In addition, the decision to establish offices in both London and Zagreb is driven by Upliift’s vision to be at the forefront of the European software industry and offer localized expertise to software businesses in key regions.
